Siemens Energy develops complex products and solutions for the global energy sector. To present these products effectively to customers, content must be structured in a way that is understandable, accessible, and digitally usable. At the same time, new requirements constantly emerge from different markets, target groups, and formats.

Challenge

Static product catalogs are insufficient in such an environment. Complex relationships are the norm and need to be communicated clearly and understandably. Content must be dynamically configurable, filterable, and context-aware. Projects are often developed under significant time pressure and with many dependencies.

What was needed was a clear structure that reduces complexity while remaining flexible. Solutions had to be secure, scalable, and integrable into existing enterprise ecosystems. They needed to function either as part of large platforms or as standalone applications.

Solution

In collaboration with Magi Digitalis  we develop concepts for interactive applications that can be implemented quickly and with strong technical optimization. Over more than ten years, this collaboration has resulted in a wide range of digital solutions.

Implementation

We structure requirements early and reduce complexity into implementable concepts. Based on this foundation, we develop modular systems that can be adapted and extended over time.

Interaction logic is designed to be intuitive and clearly guided. Users can quickly discover relevant content based on their requirements and filter or configure it efficiently. Individual modules such as interactive visualizations or 3D views can be reused flexibly across projects.

The technical architecture separates content, logic, and interface layers. Content can be maintained and updated independently, while modifications can be implemented without interfering with the overall system.
