Halle 14 Website

HALLE 14 is an independent art center in Leipzig. Its focus is on exhibitions, artistic production, research, and education. The website presents the program, content, and institutional work within a clear digital structure.

Challenge

A multifaceted program consisting of exhibitions, events, educational formats, and research projects. Different formats, constantly changing content, and diverse target audiences. The website needed to make this complexity understandable while remaining easy for editors to maintain.

Solution

Implementation with TYPO3 as the central CMS. A clear structure for exhibitions, events, projects, and editorial content. Reduced use of extensions and a focus on flexible, reusable modules. The goal was to create a durable and maintainable platform.

Modular page types for programs, exhibitions, and content. Centralized content management with consistent output. Clear navigation logic for visitors, artists, and the public. Performance, accessibility, and a clean content structure were embedded into the system.

Result

A well-structured website that makes complex content accessible. Programs, exhibitions, and discourse formats are logically interconnected. Content can be maintained and expanded flexibly.
